My instead: Even though I
am already signed up as a distributor, I attended a “launch party” for another
“It Works” distributor just to be supportive.
Now that I am a
distributor for It Works! Global, I am turning into a sponge…ready to soak in
all that there is to learn. Last night I went to a training session and a
product review meeting. I also did my first entry on my very own It Works website.
But tonight I went to a launch party for another distributor just to show
support.
The night before, Aleashea asked me if I would come to her
party. I had originally said that I would be busy staining my deck to get it
all done before the rains come again. When I got home from work tonight, I had
several things in mind to do as my “first.
The final verdict: I just wasn’t going to feel right if I didn’t go to
that launch party for Aleashea.
Melanie, another distributor, and I rode up to Wood River
together. “Mel” was actually doing the presentation. I was the novice. As soon
as I walked into her living room, I was very glad that I came because I knew
what it meant to Aleashea. When someone is starting out in a new business
venture, it’s nice knowing there are others out there that share your common
goal and challenges. Honestly though, I needed to be there as much as, if not
more than, Aleashea needed the team support. Maybe that’s just how “it works”…
